QtouR Privacy Policy

By installing and using the QtouR app, You agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing. If You do not agree, please do not install and use the QtouR app.

Personal Information

We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while You visit our pages, download, use or upgrade QtouR application.

We may use personal information submitted by You (eg. Your name and Your email address) only if You contact us and only for the one sole purpose: to communicate with You.

In the following circumstances, we may disclose these personal information according to Your wish or regulations by law:
(1) Your prior permission;
(2) By the applicable law within or outside Your country of residence, legal process, litigation requests;
(3) By requests from public and governmental authorities;
(4) To protect our legal rights and interests.

Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information means information that, by itself, does not personally identify You. We may collect and use non-personal information in the following circumstances: to have a better understanding in users’ behavior, solve problems in products and services, improve our products, services. We may collect non-personal information such as android version, frequency of use or country (Google Analytics).

App permission requests

To work properly QtouR app needs access to:

Location – approximate location (network-based) & precise location (GPS and network-based) to give You recommendations and directions on the map to places of Your interest, in accordance with Your location. No data is saved or collected.

Camera – take pictures and videos – only to decode QR code. No photos or videos from Your camera is saved or collected.

Bluetooth – for communication with Beacons (discovery of nearby content). No data is saved or collected.

Other permissions (such as Run at startup, Network connections, Storage, Photos / Media / Files) are are required for the normal functioning of the application (access to installation files, saving favorites, access to online data).

Changes 

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. We will not make any material retroactive changes to this Privacy Policy, including for changes involving the use of Your Personal User Information, without Your affirmative consent.
